TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is heavily influenced by my Anusara training and all my classes use the Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga. Classes focus on the alignment, which makes the practice feel strong: expect to be challenged but supported whilst working the whole body and mind to leave feeling energised yet relaxed. The skills and tools acquired with me can help with your further yoga practice, fitness regime and everyday life.

Rhys offers gratitude to Bridget Woods Kramer, Cyndi Lee, Adam Husler, Nadia Narain, Annabel Chown, Tony Watson and Lousie Grime for their teachings, inspiration and encouragement throughout his Yoga pathway.
